Where ARK Cloud runs
Inference on ARK Cloud runs on GPU servers that ARK operates in the European Union. With ARK Core and ARK Tailored, inference runs on your own infrastructure and requests never reach us.
No training on your data
ARK serves models; it does not train or fine-tune them. Your prompts and outputs are not used to train any model.
Metadata, not content
Each API request is logged with its time, route, model, credits used, connection details such as the client address, and a request id, so we can bill, secure and support the service. Prompt fields are redacted before logging, and generated text is not written to logs.
Sessions and caches
A stateful session keeps its conversation on the GPU servers until the session closes after a period of inactivity. Prompt state can also be kept briefly in a cache to speed up repeated prompts. Neither is used for anything other than answering requests.
Open-weight models, published licences
Every model is an open-weight model from a named maker. The model id in each response tells you which model answered; licences are on our models page.
Sign-in and payments
ARK Cloud accounts sign in with Google, and credit purchases are processed by Stripe. Both are described in our privacy policy.
