We’re a small but capable team in Szczecin, Poland — fun, curious, and building the runtime that lets European companies run AI on EU rules. When there’s a fit, we’d love to hear from you.
Small team, real workloads, and a chance to shape what running AI in Europe actually looks like.
Customers run regulated AI workloads on infrastructure that stays inside EU rules. The runtime, the API, the deploy targets — we own all of it. You’ll work on the layer the rest of European AI is being built on top of.
We’re not a 200-person org with role boundaries. You’ll work across runtime, product, and customers; your work ships in weeks, not quarters; and you’ll see it in production. We’re curious, we move fast, and we have fun doing it.
Data residency, GDPR, the AI Act — not compliance afterthoughts; they shape how we design the platform. If you care about building AI that works inside the rules of regulated industries, this is the right room.
We grow the team carefully and only hire when we’re sure of the fit. If you’d be a great match for ARK Labs — engineer, builder, partner, operator — we’d still love to hear from you. Tell us what you’d want to work on, and when the right opening comes up we’ll be in touch.
Get in touch →Where are you based?
Our HQ is in Szczecin, Poland. We work across the EU and are open to remote-in-EU for the right person.
Are you hiring junior engineers or interns?
Not at the moment. We’re a small team and most early roles need senior reach. We may open junior or internship positions as we grow — the contact form is the right place to introduce yourself in the meantime.
What does the interview process look like?
A short intro call, a working session on something close to the role, and a team chat. We move fast — usually two to three weeks end to end.
How do I apply if there are no open roles?
Send us a note via the contact form. Tell us what you’d want to work on and how you’d want to contribute. If we see a fit, we’ll be in touch when the right opening comes up.
